Earn Points
You will earn 5 points for every £1 you spend on food, soft drinks, and hot beverages. Points are not awarded on alcohol, service charges, or on the purchase or redemption of paper vouchers (such as Itison, Kooble, etc.). Points are awarded based on the amount after any promotional discounts are applied.
Please note, at this moment we cannot award points for takeaway food, we apologise for any inconvenience.
How to Get Started
- Accumulate and Redeem Points: Watch your points grow and effortlessly redeem them against future in-restaurant purchases.
- Create a Personal Account: To collect points on in-restaurant purchases, make sure to create a personal account.
- Present Your Loyalty Page: During payment, show your Loyalty page on the app to our staff to ensure points are credited to your account.
Spend or Save?
Points can be redeemed at any Tony Macaroni restaurant. 100 points = £1 to spend. If you have provided your member number, our team can easily check your points balance. Just let them know how much (if any) you want to redeem before requesting your bill.
In-Store Redemption Process
Once your account is verified, you can redeem your points in-store. If your account isn’t verified yet, simply follow the steps outlined above. Please note, verification is not required for point collection.
To redeem points or apply them to a purchase:
- Present the QR Code: Show the QR Code from your ‘Loyalty’ page to our team.
- Scan and Apply: They will scan the code and apply the points, allowing you to use some or all of your accumulated points. 500 points = £5

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will points take to appear in my account?
It can take up to 24 hours for points to appear. You cannot spend points awarded on a visit on the same visit.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months after your last visit. If you earn points in January and visit again in April, all points in your account are now valid until April the following year. If you are nearing 12 months between visits and have points, we recommend booking a quick bite to eat to keep your points safe for another year.
How do I spend my points?
If you have given your member number on arrival, your server will be able to see your points balance. You can choose to redeem all at any time or opt to save them up for a bigger treat. Just let them know if you want to save or spend points and if you’re spending, you can choose how much you want to redeem. Easy!
I forgot to give my rewards number – can I claim points later?
Unfortunately, points can only be earned on the day. It’s important that you let our team know you are a member before paying your bill. Once the bill is paid, points cannot be added, sorry.
