Terms & Conditions
Festive Season 2026
Deposits & Group Bookings
- Parties of 6 guests or more dining between 3–23 December 2026 require a £10 per person deposit.
- Deposits must be paid within 14 days of making the booking. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation may be cancelled.
- Deposits for guests who attend will be deducted from the final bill, where applicable.
- If the number of guests attending is reduced with less than 24 hours' notice, deposits relating to non-attending guests will not be refunded.
- If the full booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or the party does not attend, the deposit will be retained to cover costs reasonably incurred.
- Where Tony Macaroni cancels a booking for operational reasons, deposits will be refunded in full.
Festive Menu Requirements
- Between 3–23 December 2026, all parties of 6 guests or more will be required to dine from the Christmas/Festive Menu, including on days when the A La Carte Menu would normally be available.
- On Friday 4 December, Friday 11 December and Friday 18 December 2026, the Festive Menu will be required for all dine-in guests.
- Menu availability, dishes and prices are subject to change.
- Chrstmas Presto - available Monday- Thursday, 12-5pm only, for tables of up to 5 guests.Tables must be vacated by 5pm. Subject to availability.
Restaurant Closures
- All Tony Macaroni restaurants will be closed on Christmas Day, 25 December 2026, and New Year's Day, 1 January 2027.
- Festive opening hours may vary by restaurant. Please check your chosen restaurant's opening times before visiting.
- Festive menus, booking availability and opening hours may vary by restaurant.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Tony Macaroni reserves the right to amend festive menus, availability or booking arrangements where reasonably necessary due to operational circumstances.
Service Charge & Taxes
- An optional service charge of 10% is added to all the bills, which is passed directly to our staff.
- Prices are VAT inclusive.
